CIRCULAR

Sub:  10^th & 11^th February 2017 are declared as “Holidays” - reg

As per the Orders of Collector & District Magistrate, Guntur, on the occasion of “National Women Parliament at Amaravati” being conducted from   10^th to 12^th Feb. 2017,   10^th & 11^th February 2017 (Friday & Saturday) are declared as “Holidays” for Students of all courses, Faculty and non-teaching staff of our University.  

In view of the above, the Test-2 examinations scheduled for II/IV, III/IV & IV/IV B.Tech. students,  are re-scheduled, as follows:

                        10.02.2017 schedule postponed to 14-02-2017;

                        11.02.2017 schedule postponed to 15.02-2017;

                        13.02.2017 schedule remains unaltered

           

In lieu of the above holidays, 26th February 2017 (Sunday) and 1^st April 2017   (First Saturday) are declared as “Working Days” for Students of all courses, Faculty and non-teaching staff.   

On 26^th February 2017 (Sunday) the time-table of “Tuesday” and on 1^st April 2017 (First Saturday) the time-table of “Wednesday” will be followed.

All HODs / In-charges of Sections / Offices are requested to ensure that this information is brought to the notice of all Faculty members, non-teaching staff and students of their respective departments.
